Precision
Every figure in the report has a method and a source: the rule it was sampled under, the seal, the scale, the draught read.
Independent surveying,
inspection and verification
Grain and oilseeds, at vessel, barge, silo and truck. We sample, weigh, inspect holds and attend operations in Constanța and the Danube ports, under the GAFTA and FOSFA rules, and we put the result on paper with everything it needs to hold up.

01 — What we verify
How much there is, what it is, what condition it is in, and what happened to it during the operation. Each has a service, a method and a document at the end.
Draft survey of vessels and barges, with the whole calculation in the report. Supervised weighing on the terminal's scale. Stock measurement in silos and warehouses, including monthly collateral checks for the bank.

02 — Why an independent surveyor
The difference between them is an invoice in dispute. The independent surveyor is the third person on the quay: sampling and weighing to published rules — GAFTA for grain, FOSFA for oilseeds — and signing for what was found. That report is the one read at arbitration.
We hold no interest in the goods we inspect.
That is the point of us.
Every figure in the report has a method and a source: the rule it was sampled under, the seal, the scale, the draught read.
We are appointed by one side, but we sign what we found. A certificate that says what the client wanted is worth nothing at arbitration.
The surveyor is there when the operation starts, not afterwards. What could not be seen or sampled is written down, not left out.
03 — What goes into the report
A good report is still readable two years later, by someone who was not there. So we put in it the start time, the seal numbers, the rule the sample was drawn under, the scale, the dated photographs — and the hold nobody could get into.
