Delivery-note exchange
The truck is at the port. Its paperwork has to change now, not on Monday morning.
← All servicesIn Constanța North and South, the driver calls our port dispatcher — +40 757 013 226 — on arrival. We collect the note the truck came with and write out, from the client's own book, the new note for the terminal — at the gate or in the waiting area, 24 hours a day. A documents-only service: we do not check the cargo.
What it covers

How it goes
- The client sends us the book and gives the drivers the dispatcher's number.
- The driver calls the dispatcher on reaching the port.
- We exchange the note on the spot.
- We log the truck; the originals go to the client.
What you receive
The register of trucks and the original notes, delivered to the client. Every note handed over is tied to the one collected.

At night and at weekends too?
Yes. Drivers call the dispatcher, +40 757 013 226, at any hour. The other number on this site is for contracts and quotations.
Do you check the cargo as well?
No. If you want a sample or the seals checked, that is a separate inspection, which we can do at the same time.
