What we do
with your data.

This site sets no cookies, uses no traffic analytics and loads no resources from third parties. Visiting it transmits nothing to anyone other than the server that hosts it.

The only personal data we process is what you send us yourself, by email or telephone, so that we can reply.

We have not appointed a data protection officer; requests concerning personal data go to the email address above.

The form on the contact page sends nothing to the site. When you press the button, your own email application opens with the message prepared, which you check and send yourself, from your own account. The site does not receive, store or see the content.

If your email application does not open, the message is shown to you so that you can copy it. Even then, nothing leaves your page.

When you write or call, we receive what you send: usually your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of the operation. We use them to reply, to prepare a quotation and, if a contract follows, to perform it.

The basis is your request — the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) — and, after a contract, our legal archiving obligations and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of correspondence.

We do not use the data for marketing, do not sell it and do not pass it on to anyone unless performance of the mandate requires it — a third-party laboratory that receives the sample, for instance, not your data — or unless the law obliges us.

Correspondence that does not lead to a contract is kept for as long as needed to reply and to pick up the conversation if you come back, as a rule no longer than two years. The documents of a performed mandate are kept for the period required by tax and accounting legislation, and for as long as a finding can be contested.

The server hosting the site records, as any web server does, the IP address, date, time and page requested, for security and troubleshooting. The logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.

The contact page links to WhatsApp, and some pages link to external sources: EUR-Lex and the European Commission for regulatory references, gafta.com and fosfa.org for the public registers of superintendents. When you open them, you leave our site and their policies apply.

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or restricted, receive it in a common format, or object to its processing. Write to the address above; we reply within one month.

If you consider that the processing breaches the law, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at anspdcp.ro.

If the site starts doing anything other than what is written here — if we add a traffic measurement tool, for instance — we update this notice and the date above first.
