← All services

We work under contract with the bank. When a client pledges a grain or oilseed stock for a loan, the bank calls us to verify every month that the goods exist, in the quantity and condition declared. We measure, reconcile with the warehouse records and report.

What it covers

  • 01Initial stock verification, at loan drawdown
  • 02Monthly checks: measurement, spot weighing, condition of the goods
  • 03Reconciliation with warehouse records: stock cards, receipts, deliveries
  • 04Dated photographs and a report to the bank and the borrower

How it goes

  1. The bank sends the instruction: warehouse, commodity, quantity.
  2. Initial verification, with the borrower present.
  3. Monthly checks, on the agreed date.
  4. A report after every visit.

What you receive

The stock verification report, the same day: quantity found, difference against the records, condition of the goods, photographs. It goes to the bank and to the borrower.
